Target Audience

This activity is designed for dermatologists and related healthcare professionals who manage patients with actinic keratosis (AK).

Learning Objectives

After completing this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Institute effective screening methods to promote early AK diagnosis and minimize progression to squamous cell carcinoma and basal cell carcinoma
  • Describe the benefits and limitations of current and emerging AK treatment options, including the impact of mode-of-action on patient outcomes
  • Implement evidence-based treatment approaches to optimize AK outcomes

To be eligible for documentation of credit, participants must read all monograph content, complete the 10-question post-test with a score of 70% or better, and complete the evaluation form. Participants who successfully complete the post-test and evaluation form online may immediately print their documentation of credit.
