VTE Virtual Patient Clinic—Inpatient ConsultService Series |
Participate in RealCME case studies!
The RealCME format allows you to apply your knowledge regarding VTE in a real-world setting while earning CE credit. Engaging in the 4 multi-visit patient case studies will give you the opportunity to review appropriate assessment of VTE risk and implementation of prophylaxis as you follow the patients from an inpatient setting through discharge. During the course of patient histories, examinations, and management, RealCME encourages you to share your opinions and experiences via interactive polling and discussion forums.
Each patient case includes an opportunity to test your knowledge via pre- and post-activity polling and guide patient assessment yourself through a series of learner-driven information gathering segments. In addition, each step of patient evaluation is accompanied by in-depth commentary from clinical experts.
