Purpose Statement
This educational activity is designed to educate managed markets physicians and pharmacists, case managers, and practice managers on practical, evidence-based approaches to improve patient outcomes in human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-positive breast cancer.

This activity is designed for managed markets physicians and pharmacists, case managers, and practice managers.
Learning Objectives
After completing this activity, participants should be able to:
- Describe the clinical and economic burden of HER2-positive breast cancer and the impact of early classification and management
- Outline current and emerging diagnostic measures for breast cancer identification and classification
- Summarize the risk/benefit profiles of HER2-positive breast cancer medications, including chemotherapeutic and biologic therapies
- Discuss evidence-based approaches to HER2-positive breast cancer diagnosis and management to optimize patient outcomes
Credit Eligibility
To be eligible for documentation of credit, participants must participate in the full educational activity—via read-only or audio-accompanied slides, or accredited articles in PDF format—complete the 10-question post-test with a score of 70% or better, and complete the evaluation form. Participants who successfully complete the post-test and evaluation form online may immediately print their documentation of credit.
