Learning Objectives
After completing this activity, participants should be able to:
- Identify epidemiology of ischemic stroke and its burden in payer and provider settings
- Compare current and emerging evidence of antiplatelet agents in secondary stroke prevention
- Select medication management strategies for secondary prevention of stroke based upon guidelines and evidence
